Forte Series Hair Molding Paste For Men (75 ml / 2.5 oz)

The molding paste is pretty thick therefore it holds the hair in place for a long time. Unlike a gel, you feel it work right away and it doesn't take too long to firm up your hair. It is easy to apply and takes a small quantity to mold your hair in place. It comes in a decent little packaging. I think it is a well made product and a good buy.

So far, I like this better than American Crew Fiber. They're very similar however, Forte isn't as thick chalky. Forte is smoother, forms together when preparing the product in your hands and has a cleaner more natural look than American Crew. You use less and so far the hold is the same.

The Forte hair paste for men is definitely a great product to use. It provides a great hold on the hair and gives the hair nice volume and texture. This product does not feel greasy or sticky when it's being applied to the hair. My hair looks natural and does not feel weighted down by the product. It washes out easy and leaves no mess. I definitely enjoy using this product.

I tried Forte Series Hair Molding Paste For Men, without ever used molding pasting before. I normally use gel, hairspray and multiple products to keep my hair in place. The bottle this comes in is pretty small and I may have used too much. I put it on the front tips of my hair to make them spikey and stand up a little bit. The rest of my hair, I used my normal product. for what it does, it does a good job. It's a lot thicker than what I'm used to. The smell is very pleasant, maybe similar to coconut. I didn't find it to be overly greasy or too sticky, which is usually a problem with products like this. I also found it didn't really change the look of my hair - no unusual shine. It simply went on, work it a little, and the hair holds in place. The container this product comes in is similar to other products of this type on the more high-end side of the scale. You don't get a whole lot. But it's not a product you'll put all over your head. It's a supplement or add-on. So if you're looking for a spikey look or want to hold just a portion of hair in place, give this a try.

The paste has a scent and for men. It is not sticky and easy to wash off. A dime or nickel size and would be plenty to mold. Place it in palm and rub and apply in hair root or base and mold it. I hair dry it and looks great for my age.

It's good and it works well, but once you start getting sweaty and running it starts to fall out almost. I would for sure buy if your going somewhere that doesn't require running or sweating, you could still wear it those places but afterwards it won't work as well, it will still work but not nearly as well.

Good for the price but I've had better lol I like a good amount of firmness and minimal movement with my hair when applying products. This did the job but isnt something im going to stock up on knowing theres more out there on the market. Good but not great.

I was really excited to try out the forte hair molding paste to see how it would hold up. I have straight hair with medium to soft texture. The top of my hair is about 2.5 inches long that needs styling. My sides and back are short. I found that the paste didn't hold up as well as I would like. Maybe it works better for shorter length? It weighed down the hair on the top and made it looked flat. Didn't give it the full volume and hold that I was hoping. Separately I found it a bit difficult to take the product out of the jar. Had to dig in the paste to get it out and it went all over my fingers. I recommend it to someone who has shorter hair as the does have a good feel to the hair, meaning it's not sticky once it's on. And hoping there'll be improvement to the packaging to make it easier to get with fingers without needing to mush it around.

I think this hair product is just okay. I typically use a name brand hair product and figured I would give something else a try. When I received this product, I was hopeful. It had the same texture as my other product and it had a nice smell. However, once I put it in my hair I was not all that impressed. It does not seem to spread as easily as my other product I do like that it gives my hair a matte finish, but it honestly does not hold it in place that well. I'm giving this product 3 stars because it is the same price as my other product and just does not do the job as well. It's also white and I have dark hair. So if there is a spot that doesn't get spread out, it's easy to tell.

The Forte Series Hair Molding Paste is an easy to use styling product for men. It is well packaged - as the small jar is inside a box and there is a peel-away cover inside the jar, covering the paste. Other products are sold as jar-only packaging that is sometimes opened and "sampled" by others before you buy it, so this is a nice deterrent to that. The instructions say to use a "nickel-sized" amount and to apply it to blow dried hair, but I found that application was made easier with a tiny amount of water to ease in spreading it evenly and also to help ensure there aren't globs of white paste in your hair. The smell is slightly "perfumey", slightly "chalky", but not feminine. It may be slightly on the stronger side for more sensitive noses. I have thick, straight, heavy hair and it did a fine job keeping it styled upwards. It didn't dry too stiff or crunchy, which was nice. Part way through the day you could just add a touch of water to restyle and that could do the trick without a new application of paste.
