I buy this for my 11yr old granddaughter . She loves playing Fortnite.. I look at it as a good item to buy cause I love not having to go into the store and dealing with miserable people ( Not all people , about a 3rd of the people really are ) and not having to use my gas to drive there (which is expensive) and i do not have to stand in a line.... So i look at it as a win/win.. 😆.....

This was very hard to claim because of the way that you have to go around to different platforms and make sure your account is connected all kinds of different things. I would suggest if you have a Xbox get a Microsoft gift card if you have a PlayStation get a PlayStation gift card if you have a Nintendo switch get a Nintendo switch gift card and buy it from there.

Walmart has totally screwed up my order. I placed an order to be charged to PayPal, and Walmart charged it to my checking account which is now totally screwed up. I am receiving $30 overdraft fees daily!!! I talked to at least 6 "associates" and was told to cancel this order, they would refund me my money within 48 hours, and to make a new order and they promised to charge the new order to PayPal, which they did. But I never received my refund of $243.05. Instead Walmart is now sending me everything I ordered from BOTH orders, and the bills that I have paid with my checking account are refused and the bank keeps charging me overdraft fees. So your mistake of charging my checking account $243.05 has almost tripled in deductions from my checking account, all because whoever took my FIRST order did not charge it to PayPal as I had requested and checked in the payment box on my first order. I do not understand how someone who took my order (online) at Walmart could confuse my payment to be charged to PayPal and charge my checking account instead. I have no idea how this mess is going to be cleared up, as I am still receiving double orders, and my checking account is literally ruining my Christmas as my bills are not getting paid and I'm getting charged over and over for overdraft fees. And no, I do not have any money to start mailing back to Walmart the double orders that I am still receiving. I literally have NO money left to pay my bills or figure out how I will not get my electric and gas turned off because of WALMART'S mistake.

I honestly wish i could give a 0 but that's not an option. I bought several hours ago and still dealing with support. They have told me to contact Eoic games. Which obviously isnt there problem simce i neber received the digital card from Walmart. Which clearly says sild by Walmart. Would advise against purchasing.

I was not able to use the card the redemption code they sent me to email was invalid I've been effortless contacting customer service to resolve this problem and have not been help all I want is a new code for my son gift card or to receive another one

I made a purchase for two fortnight vbucks cards. they sent me confirmation but never sent me a pin. Im now out 50$ and theres no way for Walmart to fix it. they gave me a phone number to a company that doesn't even work with them and another that had no use to me or help with obtaining the purchase i made and didn't receive. DO NOT BUY V BUCKS CARDS THROUGH WALMART ONLINE

NEVER BUY MORE THAN ONE ONLINE ESPECIALLY AROUND THE HOLIDAYS!! My son was given money for his bday in December because he specifically wanted to buy cards for his game. His Dad gave him enough money to buy 2 cards. Everywhere we looked was either higher in price or a physical cards that would take days to get here. I went ahead and purchased 1 card to make sure we got it immediately, that he could use the card, and that there were no issues. We purchase it, get it under 2 mins (which it says on the screen immediate download) and he puts the code in and it worked great. I go to order a second one it goes through, then gets canceled. I messge customer service and get a whole lot of "did I change my address, did I use a different card, blah blah" I say no to everything and get basically they don't know why but to try again in 30 mins but no more then 24hrs. I try again the next day. I purchase the card, it goes through, this time it actually takes the money out of my account, and nothing happens. I get no code nothing. I now message them being again it says "IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD" and I have no code coming to me. I get "oh it can take 48-72 hrs" and I said "well that seems to be false advertisement as seeing as it says immediate download not get a code in 2 or 3 days." Of course after sitting on chat and phone with them for over an hour and a half and still not having a code we go on Target, see they have the card, order it, get the code, my son downloads the code, and in the meantime customer service does nothing but say they can cancel it but now its going to take 7 days for my money to be refunded. I get thinking maybe I stole a credit card and am making purchases BUT GUESS WHAT PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL ME! ASK ME TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT INFO AND IF I MADE A PURCHASE BEFORE ASSUMING SOMEONE HACKED MY ACCOUNT!! Instead nope we tie up peoples money for days with no intention of sending the code. So I'd never recommend ever buying cards from them. Use Target, Amazon, Playstation, not this place. The customer service is horrible and half the time sitting in their homes not bothering to do their job and giving the "sorry" comment over and over like thet fixes absolutely anything while they sit there saying they can't do anything. I'm sure my review will be hidden at the bottom but I'm hoping people see this before giving Walmart another dime.
