It was a great product really liked having transformers in my fortnite locker only thing is it came in the anti theft protective case and I couldn’t get into it at all until a day later I really liked if they would’ve just gave me the case and not took it off the glass enclosure that it’s in without taking of the protective case over it but overall great product

Bought brand new, entered the code and found out it “this code has already been used”. No way to return or troubleshoot per Walmart and can’t find a human to help me. Out my money and the digital code item. Do not buy!

Bought this online and wrapped it as a gift. Just had out family Christmas today due to illness...when my nephew opened it there was no game in the box 😞

No fault to Walmart. Walmart customer support was the only support that actually helped me. The code had already been used. Received this item wrapped and packaged brand new as it was shipped from the warehouse. This code had already been used! Contacted Nintendo who told me after several days I had to contact epic games. Contacted epic games who then told me I needed to contact Nintendo. Not a single person could give me any actual help! So I paid for an item that I will not be able to download!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I was so excited to give this to my son and he opened this and the box was empty

When I enter the code it says “code has been used” and Walmart won’t let me return it. I bought it as a gift for my son’s birthday. He opened it after the return day. Nintendo switch, Fortnite and Walmart all said they can’t do anything to help me.

The game was missing in the pack when arrived and this was gift for someone special to me and now it cannot be returned before the time line

Don’t waste your money. Delivered brand new in packaging. Opened it up and tried to add the code to redeem in Nintendo eshop… says code has already been used. Multiple other reviews say the same. Was hoping it was just user error. Unfortunately not.

Received the game in packaged bag but when opened the package the unsealed with no game inside of it
