It bums me out how many reviews there are for this on Walmart that are "OMG I THOUGHT IT WAS A GAME BUT THE BOX WAS EMPTY?" It's a code for a game, people. The game is real. The game is also free. You're buying a coupon that lets you play the free game as different characters. And the characters are pretty cool, I guess.

when I try to redeem the voucher code it said that it was the wrong region. Then when I try to contact customer service it was not a good experience. Now I have to go out of my way to take it to the FedEx to get it shipped back and get my money back and I'm very disappointed as a long time Walmart shopper.

The item came open without the code. Went to two Walmart establishment to claim and I was turn away because they said there is nothing they could do about it. I lost my money and time. The customer service provide in both stores horrible. Very disappointed.

Bought a few of these and the codes while stating they are valid in the US, are actually region locked to Japan leaving me unable to actually utilize the codes and redeem. I verified this with Playstation support that the codes are valid and still good, but the region is not correct. There are other mentions over the web that state others have had the same experience with these codes across all platforms. Save your money and stay away from these, it's not worth the headache.

Do not buy this item. Do a quick search online and you will find many posts on places like Reddit with customers just like me upset that the code included for the item in this US market case is either a Euro or Asian code and thus non redeemable to your account. Epic will not help you they will tell you to contact Sony and Sony will tell you there's nothing they can do the code is not for your region. Thankfully Walmart allowed me to return the item despite it being opened so kudos to Walmart but these should not be being sold as this issue is years old and was never fixed. So buyer beware

I bought this game for Christmas for my 9 yr old son. To our disappointment the disc was not included. My son just got an empty case for Christmas. I bought this game with confidence because it was Walmart. I will never order online again through Walmart. Huge disappointment from one of my favorite stores.

I have no idea about how good this game is because I never received the game. I ordered the game and received the case with no game in it and Walmart failed to return it! Like how do you prove this???? Unreal. I should've opened it before I wrapped it and placed it under the tree😔

If I could get this product zero stars I would I bought this game and when My Son and I opened it, there was no game inside would not recommend it was a rip off

i ordered this game and got the Box bo game inside didnt have a very happy kid when they opened ut and it didnt have the disk inside

Do not buy this. The codes don't work since they're not for the US and they don't accept returns or replacements.
