Use or freeze by date was the same day we got it!
I picked up my order I saw that the use or freeze by date was that day. I had not planned on cooking the ground turkey breast that day nor was I planning on freezing it. Usually when its the last day, meat is discounted. There was no discount. Very unhappy!

substituting 1 lb of lean turkey for 3 lbs of regular ground turkey at almost three times the price per pound of the regular turkey. Not a good sub on any level. It's my fault I didnt'look at the package but it really threw a wrench in things when I went to make a dinner that required 3 pounds of turkey.

Selling items that I can't see the date
Walmart sent me an item (turkey meat, ground) for delivery that I cannot see the date and don't know when it expires.
