I bought two of these last year, and I assembled one for the inside of my kitchen pantry door. It wasn't hard to do, but since it was the first one, it probably took me 20 minutes. The second one only took 5 minutes! Everything about it is straightforward and clearcut. Just put the two hooks provided over the top of the door, then hang the unit by inserting the hooks through the grommets. From top to bottom, there are probably six or seven shelves. There are covered heavy pieces of cardboard for each shelf that you just slide in through the opening and place it snugly to form the sturdy shelf bottom. They even enclosed a plastic bag with different size velcro strips to put on the backside against the door to anchor it however you wish. I only used a few pieces to hold the bottom shelf still and a couple in the middle. You may wish to use more velcro if there are several people, especially children, who might be using it. The entire unit is sturdily built, and I was able to put a lot of lightweight things on each shelf, like pouches of mashed potato mix, jello boxes, candy bars, napkins, small bags of chips and lots more. Since my pantry has heavy-duty shelves in it, that's where I keep the heavier things, like canned goods. The second one I put inside the door of my bathroom linen closet. Again, I will put lightweight things in it like first aid supplies, such as Band-aids, tubes of ointment, and lots of other things. I was so happy with the first two units I bought, I just got an order for two more that I plan to use on the insides of doors in two bedrooms. I have purchased every imaginable organizing product through the years because I enjoy having everything organized. I sometimes have a hard time starting new projects, but having confidence in things like these hanging shelving units makes it so much easier to get started. I think they are reasonably priced, sturdily built and should last a long time.

Super cute. I was able to hang two of them side by side on a door. It's very cute to hang stuffed animals on. It's very easy to assemble: You simply insert the hook into the opening at the top and place the hooks over the door. Then there's a harder piece that you place in each compartment at the bottom of this door organizer. I was able to fit about four to six medium sized stuffed animals in it. It seems pretty sturdy, so I think it can hold quite a bit of weight.

Nice gray color, sturdy. Very nice and sturdy, but it comes with velcro strips to attach it flat to the door. I wasn't sure about attaching the strips to my door, so I use it without. If you put enough weight in the bottom two compartments, it sits almost flush. After I get used to it and decide which door I want to hang it on, I might add the velcro, but I'm worried it will stay sticky when removed. It does have larger compartments for large bottles of shampoo, hairspray, and the like, but keep in mind that it's fabric and not washable. 4 stars because of the velcro, which they didn't mention!

love this over the door organizer. It's perfect for small items that don't fit anywhere, like things too big for the junk drawer. Each compartment is the perfect size for shoes, makeup, socks, etc. It's sturdy and easy to hang. I'll be ordering more for other rooms!

Ideal for all ages. I ordered it so my 9 year old and I could keep things organized during the week and save time. What I don't like: It doesn't take long to reach the top. I like the stability, the space, and the brackets that hold the organizer. The door still closes. Great value.

Still using them after a year. We have two of them. I especially like how easily they split into two halves. They've held up well and given us plenty of storage space. They're super easy to assemble. Well worth the money. They're also easy to hide behind a door and don't look cluttered.

Easy to assemble and easy to use! I love it! I use half for my kitchen spices and the other half for my hair and skincare products! It saves me a lot of countertop space! Ease of use: Just hang it on the hook!

Great product. I bought it for my daughter in law's nursery, as space is limited there. She loves it and it works perfectly! It's very sturdy and offers plenty of space for the baby's things.

The hooks are very short. It's up too high. We need about 6 inches longer for extended lower hanging. Otherwise I love it.

It's great for light stuff. OK for heavier stuff. That it fell apart into two separate pieces was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. I use it for personal hygiene items and am someone who always buys 2 or 3 at a time. A couple of deodorant bottles or shaving tools in one container is no problem at all. A couple of large Nivea body lotion bottles in one container and a separate container for cologne and you can see it starting to sag. I even had to push it back against the door because the tape holding it to the door came loose. I've only been using it for less than a week, so we'll see how it holds up over time. Nothing has fallen out, it just doesn't hold the shape it does with the heavier stuff.
