Defective item - no customer service
This item was received in a perfectly good carton, but was badly dented inside making me believe it was packaged already broken. I immediately requested an exchange and received an automated response indicating I would hear back within 48 hours. After 2 weeks with no response, I submitted a request for a return and refund. Very disappointed!
