Fat Remover

smaller than I thought but did the Job!
This to me is the mini version of what I had although it did work to separate the fat from the gravy that I intended to make from the juices that were from the turkey I baked %26 it did a great job! The item looks like a measuring cup and is made of a sturdy type of plastic that will last a long time.

Helpful Kitchen Tool
Keep in mind, it's a smaller container. The design is a good one for separating the fat from the liquid. It's plastic, so the durability remains to be tested over time.
