Quality pan, cakes came out just right
Very nice Pan. Used butter to aid with nonstick and madeleines slid out nicely without sticking. Hopefully the finish on the pan holds up in the long term.

This is a truly unique and wonderful pan, I only wish that it was a little larger or deeper. It was supposed to be non-stick, but I could not get my cake out of it but I had to help it with a wooden spatula.

quality wise looks okay..still didn't use it yet but the sides are very low.. not deep at all.

I would recommend this to a friend
it states that it's heavy duty nonstick. I was surprised that the pan didn't weigh much. but the cake came out good.

Sturdy pan, but madeleines brown quickly. You will get darker brown edges. I had to lower the temp and bake for longer.

Not Happy
I know how great these pans are I've used them in past. My score is because when I received the pan it had a dent it it. I have contacted the people I got it from but have yet to hear from them. So because of that I'm giving a low score.
