Fox Run Stainless Steel Bread Lame With Wood Handle and 15 Blades

This is the first lame I've owned. I recently started making sourdough bread, so I knew I wanted to buy one of these. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the blades are very thin and flexible and not rigid like a razor blade. Overall, I've been really happy with this lame. The size is nice and I like the wooden handle. I wash by hand and it's easy to clean. Comes with a lot of spare blades. Easily scores the bread and makes the process simple and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I have wanted one of these to score my bread. Couldn't find it in any stores. Found it on Walmart site. Works great! Lots of extra blades too!

It's my first lame, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it seems well made and is ergonomic in design. Seems to work well cutting designs into the top of the bread. I'm not very good at it yet.

The product itself is okay, putting it together was not horrible but I will say it snagged on my bread, not sure if that is a user error though, overall not too bad! :)
