Dual Purpose
This is very nice! It works better than tapping a sieve. I see no indication as to whether it's dishwasher safe, but being that it's stainless, I will put it in the top rack tonight. I've been looking for a nice tool like this! Now, I also have an excuse to bake, and to buy loose tea!

I have looked for a long time for this it replaced one I had if my grandmother's works great for coffees and pastries and a little so driving special in the ladies tea sandwiches

Nice size baking too,
Very handy to use for baking with either sugar or flour for dusting. Will have to try the loose tea, did not buy it for the tea but will give. It a try. Love how it slides open n close, nice size wholes for baking, will hand wash n dry
