Hello, I bought this computer less than two months ago, and it has already started having problems. It won't boot up properly, I can't access it consistently, and it keeps freezing. I purchased it to make my work and daily tasks easier, but unfortunately, it has already started giving me issues. I would really appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

THIS HAS BROKE MY 13 YR OLD'S HEART, THIS IS ALL HE ASKED FOR FOR CHRISTMAS, WE CAREFULLY READ WHAT ALL THIS UNIT OFFERED, IT CAME WITH NOTHING BUT A BROKE TOWER! NO MOUSE, KEYBOARD, CABLES, NOT EVEN A BOOKLET OR INSTRUCTIONS. WE PURCHASED THE NECESSARY CABLES TO GET IT SET UP, 3 DAYS LATER IT WILL NOT EVEN TURN ON! THIS IS THE WORST PURCHASE EVER FROM WALMART AND THIS SELLER

The computer crashes everytime you plug in an ethernet cord. it dod not come with keybboard or mouse even though the box it came in said they were included. the usb and audio plugs on the front of the PC dont work. the included graphics card is really bad and lags badly on the simplest games. i have tried to call the conpany about the issues and have been on hold for hours every time i call and have uet to speak to a person.

There false advertising things with this product you had to purchase extra stuff had to purchase a graphic card, which they say came with it. A mouse did not come with it or nor a keyboard, and once I purchased the graphic card separately and put it in there it did not work.

This product was missing the keyboard and mouse and didn't have other accessories that were supposed to be there. Then when we went to turn it on it didn't come on

nice case! everything inside seems to be ripped out of some 10 year old computer. no HDMI ports in the tiny graphics card. i had to order adapters to convert the DVI to HDMI. the box said theres a keyboard, mouse, gaming mouse and speakers... there was none of that! no instructions iether! SCAM ALERT!

DO NOT BUY !!!!! I was in desperate need for a computer due to a new work from home job bought this pc for work/ light gaming it works good however post is fraudulent…. Doesn't include built in wifi Does not have hdmi ports Computer arrived undamaged however big scratch on glass side I've expressed this to the seller and for one he/she took hours to respond when they finally did they did not care the only fix was for them to have me send this one out due to having already started my job I could not go days without a pc there only solution was to wait the 3-5 days for them to receive mine then wait another 3-5 days for the replacement. I expressed multiple time this would not work for me I ever said for them to ship to my Walmart and so this way I can bring them there's and get mine same day they have left all the rest of my emails on seen as I see they've opened them and have been ignoring me since I will be taking this with Walmart higher ups DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!

Do not waste your money!! I repeat do not waste your money!!!! The hdmi port is not even in the right spot it's in the motherhood in which Mae the screen stay black … I repeat do not waste your money

Half the parts were not even the same ones listed or shown, and the graphics card was not even the Nvidia one like listed in the images and product description. and the parts that were built into the PC were crooked and half done. the exterior glass case had multiple scratches on it.

SCAMMERS!!! This is Not a computer! It's a shell , and they will try not to refund you!! Beware of these sellers!!
