This is my first time trying Ceylon cinnamon so i have nothing to compare it to but i do love this cinnamon, it jas a great flavor and health benefits are great as well. I have noticed that my blood sugar is a little more stable and my stomach issues have calmed down quite a bit. I use a little ceylon cinnamon in my coffee and tea, i drink one or two cups of coffee and two to four cups of hot tea a day.

Expensive Cinnamon with no taste.
The product doesn't smell or taste like Cinnamon. I have to use big amounts of it to get the same results as with regular cinnamon. I bought it because I love cinnamon and eat it daily in almost all my meals and the other one is supposedly poisonous in big amounts. Well, I'll need to look for other brands.
