FRAM Tough Guard Oil Filter, TG7317, 15K mile Replacement Filter for Select Honda Vehicles

Fortunate enough that all of our vehilces take this model. Whether if it's the normal mileage or higher they fit great. When taking the old one off, make sure to make the old and new ones "kiss". It makes certain the old gasket is still attached to the old filter and that the new one gets ample greasing from the residual oil on the old filter. Hand tighten plus a quarter turn with standard oil wrench and you're good for up to 10-15k depending on the brand of oil.

Since i change my oil every 5K, paying up for the slightly better synthetic file XG7317 was a waste of money - this version has the best features with none that are questionable in their value and it's cheaper too so this was a no brainer, and with a 15K rating, it's still well under my oil change interval so why spend more? (btw i used this on my 2005 Subaru Forester X also as it's suggested filter has gotten smaller, harder to find and more expensive over time)

My family has been buying Fram oil filters since I can remember what an oil filter is-that's quite a long time. They have always been an exceptional product that stands the test of time and many generations of Fram filter users. If it does what it's supposed to do and you've not ever had a problem with any that you've ever bought, What can you say, except, "That's a great product."

Filter works exactly as it should, and I like the textured finish for ease of installation and removal.

I independently researched the product and am pleased I was able to get it at the price lower than other retailers.

Great oil filter for my 06 Honda Odyssey van. It holds up well and is a good value. Same day shipping from walmart store.

IMO it seems that if you change oil regularly pretty much all filters will do just fine. This seems the same as Purolator One at a better price point.

It doesn't get great reviews but I've never found it not good. My accord has 494,00099 miles and it obviously is functional

We always use this product for our older car, still in perfect condition. These items were even easier to find on line than in store past experiences.

I ordered two items. One item was replaced with something I don't want. It was randomly selected by online system. I felt like it was replaced with something that they just have a lot in stock. When I went for pick up, replaced item wasn't even there for pick up. 2nd item was not ready for pick up. I drove to Walmart curbside pick up and there was nothing for pick up. Staff said they don't have it. I wasted my time. I had to go to other Walmart to buy in store.
