There needs to be a couple of disclosures:. First, the USB cable is not common--it is a C. on both ends. Most people, particularly older people, will not have this cable. There needs to be a port for a regular USB. Secondly, how many people have a microSD card and a reader? This makes downloading photos so frustrating, and having to spend more money to try and get the correct cables. If this is geared for Wifi in some cases, why can not the photos be downloaded from the device via Bluetooth or WiFi? I will not purchase or recommend.

This is a memory I am able to leave my daughter and grandchildren and great grandchildren. They always ask about photos of the family and events we shared and this way they are able to keep them nice and intact, so they don't rip, or get damaged. I love this, many other places wanted much more money, and it was not in my budget, but Walmart's made it in my budget. Thank you for keeping our generations going forward with memories.

I found this digital picture frame to be of high quality pictures, perfect size. The app was easy to download and instructions pretty easy to follow. The storage amount of pictures you can upload is fantastic. It was a gift for my elderly Grandmother to have it in her room at a nursing home to be able to see her family members. I believe this digital picture frame helps my Grandmother's memory as she has mental decline.

This 1 is a gift for Christmas. I have the same one and it has worked perfectly. I like it can be programmed to turn on and off. We did have a little trouble at first figuring out how to load pictures but after the first time or 2 it became very easy (we are not tech savvy). It is nice that the kids can also send pictures to the frame with a code.

My mom had one and I didn't realize what she had bought. My son got me one for Christmas and waking up to new pictures of my grandkids was like Christmas morning every day! I then got my sister one and I keep her stocked in pictures. I also got my mother in law one who has been having issues with her memory. She loves looking at all the photos.

The picture quality is beautiful, setup was super easy, and being able to send photos straight to it is honestly the coolest part. Easy to setup, connect, and get going right away! I don't even think I needed the instruction manual - it was that easy. You can share your code with as many people as you want. Multiple family members and I bought this for ourselves and traded codes. I come home everyday to brand new pictures waiting for me. Obviously the more people you share your code with, the more pics you'll receive. The screen quality is crystal clear, unless the pic that's uploaded is blurry. The ONLY downside is that you have to download the Frameo app and create an account. It's free, but I'm not crazy about having one more app on my phone. The app in itself is extremely user friendly and you're able to upload multiple photos to multiple frames at one time. When you get new photos, a notification will pop up on the frame where you're able to review them and adjust to fit your frame if needed. At first, I wasn't sure which frame to get - the 10" or 15". The smaller is perfect for your desk. The larger is a better option if you're setting it up in a bigger space, like maybe your living room. I've already bought two as gifts. The price, when on sale, rivals Amazon so overall it's a great purchase. I'd order it from Wal-Mart again!

It looks really cool but i legit thought i could play music on a playlist through the app and unfortunately i can't. I have to play music through a video of photos that i have to download onto the app which is sad. Slideshow and everything looks nice and cool. But some photos i took sideways on my phone it won't rotate properly on the device but other sideway photos can rotate. It's still worth it, don't get me wrong. but i wish it had better features to it. also to download pictures or videos whike your away from home. apparently you need a subscription for it but really cheap i saw. Im overall satisfy with the product. it would be a 10/10 if they upgraded it and improvements like i suggested. also to play music or do other stuff through the app while im away would be nice too.

had to reset/reboot 2 to 3 times a day. we had to factory reset 5 or 6 times. emailed the people and only heard back 2 times. got tired of waiting for them to respond. got my wife a different one coming already from a brand we know and trust as we got 3 or 4 of them for friends and they have never had a problem.

I cancelled this order immediately after placing it, because i noticed it was being sent to the wrong address. It was “delivered” anyway, but no photo was taken. I never received it. I complained in writing and again over the phone to a service representative. I was assured I would be refunded in 10 business days. That has not happened.
