The delivery from Walmart is not satisfactory. There are clear instruction to "Open the storm door and put the packages inside." Instead they are tossed on the sidewalk. I am 93 years old and live alone.I use a walker and cannot go on steps. I paid extra for Walmart and expect better delivery service than this!

Purchased this on sale, so it was half off. at that price, I feel like it was a great value. I don't know if I pay full price for these. Nicely presented in a see-through box. Great for kids

They placed the box of hot chocolate bombs in a mailing envelope instead of a sturdy box with packing. Half of them were crushed. Disappointed!

2 of the balls were cracked. Called customer service and no help at on my issue. Unable to have a replacement because they are sold out Asked for a gift card with enough money to replace it with something similar but agent hung up on me when wanting to talk to a supervisor

2 were shattered. The shipping box was full of powder, which went all over when opened. There was zero protection inside the package for the item. The individual bombs are wrapped in very thin aluminum foil. The chocolate melted well, as did the powder in 4 ounces of very hot water. However, it took 3 of them to make 4 ounces tasteful. Absolute waste of money and time.
