Franklin 12" Antique Globe with Accurate World Map - Educational Use & Home Decor

Very nice with raised topography, etc. Antique color is very nice and ascetically pleasing to look at as a model, though glad the actual world has water that is not brown. Spins on 360' axis only (as the world turns), so also purchased a 360'/720' globe for easier visibility. The other world globe I bought from Walmart, also. It is slightly larger and show water as blue, [which while water is not actually blue, tends to appear that way from space (so I've been told; I have not been to outer space that I recall, so seems more realistic, although it is much smaller that the actual Earth], and without raised topography, though spins 360 and 720, so both are nice to have. Purchased both on sale, and each is much higher quality (from my perspective, which is limited) than the price suggests.

I have been looking for a globe and this one had everything that I was looking for- the quality is excellent and love the fact that I can trade up when new versions are available- every home should have one to keep up with world happenings

it came boxed carefully and it was as advertised. It was a gift, and it was happily received. i would recommend this for anyone who wants a globe. Love the color!.

It will do, but very cheaply made, not of high quality for the price I paid $59.00 not worth the money.

The globe is beautiful and pretty accurate, but... It does not flip so the top and bottom can be viewed. One has to stand over it to view the top of the globe and hold the globe up to see the bottom. So I have to work very hard to find what I am looking for.
