Extremely easy to assemble in a couple minutes. Hangs nicely on a standard door. Great for hanging towels to dry. I got mine for guests to be able to hang 2 towels, wash cloths, and two robes. Just be aware that the bottom bar will stick out 6 1/2 inches from the door, so if your door is situated tight up against an adjacent wall, and you plan to hang it on the back of your door, it may not permit the door to open fully against the wall. Not a big deal for me and glad I found this product.

The threads for the screws we're not properly drilled, but it wasn't bad enough to be an issue. Everything else about the item was good.

Cant open bathroom door all the way. If door is swung open could put hole in the wall. I thought it hung straight

some assembly required. One screw hole is drilled too large so screw just falls out, consequently the bar won't stay in place allowing the whole rack to be unstable, pulling apart so the bar drops out. Needed this rack for dorm, it was delayed delivery, arrived too late to order another one, so I had to fix it by filling the tube with wood filler and redrilling. The rack is not heavy duty at all, so light weight that as you put towels on and off the bars the rack lifts up from the door. Fixed that with more DIY jury rigging to anchor the bottom of the rack to the door surface. Wish I could find a heavier sturdier rack, but can't tell if with other racks I'm getting more or just being charged more.

This item only comes in a mud color similar to primer. if it is installed on the inside of the door it will hit a wall. if it is installed on the opposite side of the hinges then the door is not able to close in the jam due to interference of the brackets on this item with the door jamb.
