Franklin is a Great company to work with. I had owned this one for almost 1 year. I was our using this Tee 3-4 times a week by myself. I wore the rubber top out. I asked to purchase a new top and they sent me a whole new setup for free. Thank you Franklin

Great buy
We've only used this a couple times so far but it's worth the money. I love the "spring" action it has.

Great while it lasts (but doesn't last long)
My young grandsons absolutely loved this batting tee, until it broke. They loved it so much we kept trying again, hoping for better luck. But each one (total of 3) broke in the same spot, within a week or so. And we tried getting replacement parts to no avail. So as they say “three strikes and you're out” so we're not purchasing any more.
