There are many great features of this paddle including carbon fiber surface, extended length handle, and poly pro core. You can use this trainer to improve hand-eye coordination and swing accuracy. The trainer is easy to hold and great for using when practicing and warm up. The handle is wrapped and has a soft touch. This is such a great product!
