Franklin Sports Shoulder Pads

Good. It was for a kids costume. Good price-it arrived later in the night. Not sure who was to blame on that? But we got it.

They perform the job of making the shoulders look a little bigger, but I wish they were a tad bit bigger and had more to them in the way of plastic and padding. elastic to go under the arms would have been a good touch as well, to keep the front and back from sticking out.

Got this to go underneath the “Franklin Sports NFL Deluxe Uniform Set.” It really helps pull the outfit together by making the jersey top more authentic looking like what a real football player would wear. It definitely works for its intended purpose which is as a costume filler. The plastic is a little flimsy and its lightness makes it easier for a kid to wear. It definitely will not work as an actual should pad for play/tackle protection. The laces help adjust size since this is a one size fits all youths. My son is small so we have him wear a thick shirt underneath the foam pads to make it a more comfortable fit. I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

We needed shoulder pads to complete my son's Halloween costume and were so happy when we found these online and Walmart offered fast deliver for in-store pickup! However, five minutes after I got them home and my son was playing with them, the stitching that holds the pads together on the back tore as he was trying to take them off. He is 5 years old so he may not have been so gentle with them, but reinforced stitching would be helpful with something like this. I just stapled them together with my husband's staple gun and that has stood the test of time!

Ok for the price, pretty small but fit out 4yr old football fan, who is in the small side. They ripped after several uses but we are hoping duct tape will fix them up again. Good to get the look of a football player or a costume.

Shoulder pads were incredibly too small. They couldn't even fit on a person.

They are very flimsy and ripped the 2nd time my grandson wore them.

Light weight. Looked chesp. Would not recommend.

I EXTREMELY DID NOT LIKE THIS ITEM AT ALL. It looks like it was made for a papper doll ..... VERY VERY UNHAPPY

The shoulder pads are foam on the bottom with light plastic attached on top. I would say that they are best suited for a little one wearing them to walk in a school Halloween Parade, or to go Trick-or-Treating. I do not believe they would last more than a day if used during "rough play".
