The packaging was a bit damaged upon arrival as they were sent in a poly mailer instead of a box, but luckily the actual product was not damaged. They are a hard bright yellow plastic, perfect for my old eyes to spot the ball every time! They have great range & fit my paddle just right. I would definitely recommend. And, my dog would tell you they are very effective as a perfect dog ball, and to chew on. It passed the German Shepherd chew test, by the way, it was not destroyed thankfully!!
