Franz Apple Pie, 4.5 oz

All the Franz fruit pies are mighty tasty. Nice crust. Fruit filling is always good. Very consistent across the board. Sure they're not gourmet houity touity restaurant quality but for a 70 year old bachelor they make a fine desert after dinner. For less than a buck apiece they can't be beat.

maybe if they had been chilled at a slightly lower temp, they might have been less inclined to crumbling? it tasted fine, but for me, the outer crust ought to be able to withstand being held in your fingers long enough for your teeth to engage.

I've been on a pie craze lately, and i think the Franz Pies crust and filling taste better than hostess. they have more filling than the other brands, and they are way better priced at just under a dollar. buy them, eat them!

they have high fructose corn syrup in them if I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered them but you can't see the ingredients when you're ordering online

These fruit pies are not as good as they used to be many years ago. This crust tastes exactly like the cardboard its boxed in. ..

Taste too sugary. Not enough fruit or fruit flavor in the ‘sauce?' taste more sugar than fruity. And the crust is way too thick.

I Ordered two Lemon Pies And they gave me two Apple Pies. I Don't like Apple pies. I Didn't Know You Had Substituted a thing until I got home. There were like four items that were Substituted. It Didn't say Anything about Substitutions on my phone.

Pies are dry inside and out. Horrible texture, I will never purchase them again. Filling is dry and the outside breaks apart at every bite. I could finish any of them.
