Franz Chocolate Old Fashioned Donuts, 12 oz, 6 Count

These were surpisingly fresh for a boxed donut! Very soft, moist, rich, chocolatey flavor. The kind of cakey decadence where you reach for a glass of milk! I also loved that they weren't crumbly and didn't fall apart when biting into them. Speaking of milk - I'm not a "dunker" so I don't know how they would hold up being dunked in milk or coffee, but everything else about these donuts is perfection!

Wasn't fresh even though date was fine and the donuts are not true chocolate donuts. Theyare chocolate frosted donut. On the inside the donut is vanilla. I guess I am use to devil chocolate od fashioned donuts.

The reason for 2 stars is this package was missing donuts from the Franz packaging company. otherwise they are usually right on!

I have never bought a box of these that weren't hard and stale tasting.

Bought these thinking they were chocolate old fashion doughnuts. There not! There chocolate coated old fashion doughnuts and even though there not expired they're hard like they've gone stale. Also the chocolate coating them is of the lowest quality imaginable. It may as well be candle wax. Worst doughnuts I've ever had, I threw them in the trash.

I wish I could have given it a 0 because that is what it deserves. These doughnuts were hard as a rock. They could have been opened and 5 months old. Not worth sending it back. No flavor and just plain old horrible doughnuts that have been in the store so long that management just decided to sell to get it out of the store instead of throwing it awa y.

i did nit receive rasberry filled dounuts. i also did not recieve old fashioned glazed donuts. i rcieved chocolate instead. still charged same amount of money. this has been happening quite often. cant eat chocolate, did not get what i ordered
