Franz Homestyle Split Top White Bread, 22.5 oz

I decided to go on a bread adventure to find good bread! I was tired of disappointing loaves and the ones that never mold make me uneasy. is it real bread?! anyway, after trying endless breads , some too dry, some didn't taste good, some too soft... this is the bread I fell in love with. it's great! it smells soo good, it's soft, it's not dry, it tastes the best. I appreciate the no high fructose corn syrup as well. the price for this bread is fair. this is all I buy now!

The bread tasted great, and the best part is its long shelf life. Since there are only two of us, we often struggle to finish a loaf before it molds, but this bread lasted much longer than other brands. These are full slices of bread great for sandwiches.

This brand of white bread is consistently mild and pleasant tasting. It makes nice, evenly golden toast and works well in a variety of sandwiches, especially peanut butter and jam.

it's an average bread but it's one that is aaccurate size for toast it's white works with anytime of sandwich. White bread is hard to find like this anymore and good one.

Typical white soft bread that's a close match to Wonder Bread. With that said, I made grilled cheese the other day low %26 slow and the bread literally shrank 1/4" on all sides. I've never in my life had bread shrink that much from toasting. Very strange.

Franz homestyle split top white bread was okay. I am thinking that the bread would have tasted better if it was fresher. The bread was a little hard and did not have a soft texture like fresh bread usually have. Hopefully if I purchase another loaf, it will be a lot fresher.

The quality of this bread has diminished over the last few years. 1) The crust thickness has grown notably. And you know how children (and me) hate the crust. I think this is because Franz has turned up the heaters in order to make sure the dough in the middle gets cooked, while disregarding outside dough getting overcooked.

I must be only one ordering this because every time I get it from Walmart it's stale. I buy from the factory reject store better then this. won't be ordering again from here.

Not sure if the loaf I got sat too long on a shelf or what but was dried out. Never had that happen before so not sure….

It came with 4 slices squished 2 days ago because someone at Walmart put something heavy on it in the bag ! Thought everyone should know Bread goes on top!
