I was amazed when I discovered the low Walmart price for these perfect bagels. I've been buying them for years from various markets so I know I can always have a really nice breakfast when I toast a Franz bagel but I don't think I've ever paid such a yummy low price for them.
I have eaten many different types of bagels all my life, and Franz bagels are the best! The taste and texture of the bagels are above par. I can actually taste the freshness in them.
I made one “quick breakfast sandwich” on this bagel and suddenly I'm refusing to eat anything else on weekdays
They remind me of mid-priced coffee chain bagels - they're good, but there's definitely better ones out there!
Soft and perfect good flavor, toasted or un toasted. Good product thank you
This a stable in our house
I always love the quality of Franz products. These bagels are really tasty.
I really don't care for the taste of these. They taste more chemical like and artificial than others and I'm not a fan of the Ingredients. The only good part is that they're cheap. They're by no means a quality bagel.
Some vendors might be accused of being unable to organize a p!ss up in a brewery, but Franz has surmounted this achievement with a p!ss-up in a bakery. Despite the existence of sophisticated robots and AI, Franz must have the most indulgent celebrant in the aforementioned p!ss up apply the coup-de-grace: slicing the bagels. Rather than incompetence, it takes a special kind of skill to consistently slice a round flat bagel at a 30 degree angle, so that the slice starts at the top of one side (nowhere near the center) and near the bottom of the other. Quality control? What's that. The execs at Franz must have disbanded that team as entirely unnecessary, instead replacing them with a drunken madman randomly slicing each bagel. If you're lucky maybe half the bagels in each bag come close to being evenly sliced. In the year 2026 we've come a long way with technology, but there are likely stone age village bakers more capable of slicing a bagel than the team at Franz. It takes a special breed of management incompetence - there should be an award! I hereby award Franz' bagels one star.
Was not item I ordered this Walmart tends to get you stuff you didn't order. They are lazy when it come to looking for right item so I would always check your order thoroughly.
