Dont do ANYTHING with cardboard until you read 1st
Problem getting spout out was twisted, its very heavy and awkward to handkefor me as I'm 83, directions were on reverse side. youtube said to remove cap cover, mine didn't have one, was same brand. twisted to pull cap off, surprise no cap, had wine on floor.

box was completely damaged I didn't see it until I got home from the store. I love this wine but the box looked like it was a damaged product grabbed from the back.
