Disappointing
Ordering process was fine. Delivery to my house was timely. Making an appointment at Walmart on the phone as easy as possible Having the tires. Installed was a disaster. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. After explaining several times that the tires were to be installed on my trailer rims and not on my car they wrote up the order and took the tires and rims out of my car. After waiting for 90 minutes, I inquired what was taking so long. The person at the counter checked and told me they work on it next. I then got a e.. mail that the work was started. 13 minutes later I got another email that the work was done. I was there for over two hours that should have been a 20 minutes later job.

worst experience ! bought these trailer tires for my boat. took the boat to Walmart to have tires installed with the boat. told I would have to remove the rims and bring them to the tire installers I'm 70 years old why am I taking rims off my trailer when I bought the tires from Walmart Walmart should be installing them for me. when I spoke to the tire manager he told me they would not change tires on a trailer. contact the store manager
