Great pull up bar for the money! Super sturdy, I'm impressed with the quality holds my 220lb self just fine. I like the different features like being able to use it as a bench/squat rack. I've bought differ t pull up bars before and returned them but this one is a keeper.

Easy to assemble, but the instructions were a little lacking insofar as the detail about how to bolt, things together was often a bit small. Reasonably sturdy, considering that it's a folding freestanding item. It's about a sturdy as the old one piece freestanding, pull up bar had about a decade ago. The marketing pictures are misleading, as the item is not as thick as a commercial machine as it appears in some of the images. Still, it appears to be robust enough to get the job done. Overall, for about a hundred twenty dollars, it's a good purchase as reflected in my rating
