Better for you!
What I liked about this brand is that it is NOT a capsule. When you take the capsule, it is made of soy and other non desirable by products. I like the plain "tablet", which is small and easy to swallow with out the soy etc. that is in the other brand of Vitamin E....

My dietitian told me to get these after my blood work came back very low for vitimin D. Been on for two weeks and it has helped tremendously.

gel capsules contain oils that gave me diarrhea. capsules don't do that. Dr said I need vitamin d3 due to in wheelchair can't get outside.
