It can help you
This adapter gets the job done, but they have a little problem in connections and they are too big. It makes your pen drive super longer. Its like having two pen drives into 1. I' don't like the way it looks. But performance its alright. It does the minimum requirements.

Didn't fit
I tried to insert it into my Mac book Air, and it wouldn't insert far enough to wok. The USA thumb drive I inserted into it didn't seem to fit correctly, either. I had to order a different adapter, and that one worked.

What I received was not USB A to USB C. Ir was USB A to Micro b. Absolutely useless to me.
