Super easy to use!
I'm new to hog rings (words I never imagined saying lol) and I cannot use this as I had intended I wanted to join overlapping hardware cloth but the 1/2" cloth was not large enough for the pliers to get in). That said, it is extremely easy to use. Doesn't jam, smooth operation. I plan to try it out on joining cattle panels and see how it goes (the rings may not be large enough), but I wanted to write this review before Walmart told me time had run out lol.

I bought 4 of these for a work party at an animal sanctuary to secure chicken wire over a half-acre enclosure with pre-existing mesh with larger openings to prevent predator entry. These pliers worked like a charm and make quick work of a huge project. It loads like a paper stapler, makes quarter-inch rings, fits the hands of females and is easy to squeeze.

Good item, but not what I expected
Did not realize these are more like staples and standard hog rings do not fit in the pliers. (No mention of gauge in description.) Need to be familiar with what hardware you need.
