That leaves me with a defective ring and no real solution other than trying to repair it myself locally. With graduation less than a month away, this is incredibly frustrating and stressful. Instead of having a finished, meaningful piece ready for such an important moment, I now have to scramble to find a jeweler willing to fix it within a very limited budget of roughly $33, which is the refund amount I was given. I understand things can occasionally slip through quality control, but a loose stone in a brand-new class ring is not a minor issue. It affects both the appearance and the integrity of the piece. This is not something I should have to immediately repair out of pocket after purchase. While the customer service communication was respectful, the product quality and overall outcome of this experience have been very disappointing. Based on this, I would not recommend purchasing class rings from Walmart, especially for an important milestone like graduation.

I just gave this ring to my son. The stone is loose and rattles. It's quite embarrassing to show his friends. He wore it for one day and it was bent. The stone is barely holding on by four tiny prongs that are not tight.

Bought for our son as a senior gift. He wore it for the first time to senior pictures and the stone came out. Contacted customer service to learn there is likely no way to have it fixed without paying more. We also did not receive the keychain that was mentioned in the listing information and pictured.
