We love it! The quality is good and it's very easy to switch between the dining room table, ping-pong, table, and pool table. When it is set up as a dining table, you would have no idea that it is multi purpose. It is very heavy and took awhile for my husband to assemble, but we had expected that. It is so much fun!
Pool table was easy to setup, however very poorly designed as you cannot lean on the table to make any shots or the table tips and the balls all move. The table pockets are also very poor quality and unless you make a perfect shot the balls bounce off the cheap rubbery plastic they nailed into the sides that stick out. Felt is very poor quality and has tufts constantly. Pool cues arrived completely warped, asked support for another set, they did send them but those were warped as well. When I complained again they only wanted to give me a $50 dollar gift certificate for 2 cues. When I explained that that was no where enough money for cues for a $2400 table they ignored me. Save yourself money and buy a real pool table for 500-800 dollars and buy a piece of wood to cover it with to make a 3 in 1 table and you will save a ton of money as well as have a vastly superior quality table. With all that being said, I will admit the benches are actually pretty nice, however, as they are the only thing that is nice in this product, they are not worth the $2400.
The table is very nice, but the service that I paid for through Walmart (Angi) who built it damaged the table, my floors and my wall. I have filed a claim and it has been a lengthy process that is still not resolved 2 months later.
It's damaged and it is ineligible for return . Do not buy
