Have used freeze it for several months and it is great for relieving pain anywhere in your body. One of the best I have found.

This is better than all the other roll on's to temporarily stop back pain. It helps with leg cramps too.

2 for a excellent price.
Freeze It helped me through a very rough week. I couldn't straighten up, I hurt my back, my sciatica was going crazy! Freeze It helped me to be able to move more freely!
