This is so much better than trying to keep an ice pack wrapped around your ankle! I got the sm/med size and it fits great! It's very cold so I put on a thick sock first so as not to damage the skin. I would recommend.
My son has terrible joint pain from being in the military. Any relief he can get is welcome and I saw this sleeve and immediately thought of him. I should have bought a couple more.
The price was right, so i bought 2 just in case i needed to switch back and forth. It's comfortable and really cold when it first goes on, which is a great shock to worn muscles. So far, its a great purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live a lifestyle that is devoted to fitness, and with physical activity comes the risk of injury and soreness. I literally do not know how I worked out for so many years without Freeze Sleeve. This is the most efficient method I've ever encountered for delivering cold therapy to my sore or injured arms and legs. I currently have a sore wrist from overenthusiastic yoga, so I was able to give a true test of Freeze Sleeve's powers. I iced the sleeve for a few hours, then slipped it over my wrist and arm. Instant relief from the brilliant combination of coldness and soft compression! Cold therapy was never easier. I'm storing the Freeze Sleeve in the freezer for regular use, and I'm telling all my gym buddies they need to check out Freeze Sleeve too! Wonderful product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Dad fell not to long ago and this was such a blessing to give to him the Freeze Sleeve XL. The Freeze Sleeve cools and soothes sore muscles and joints by transferring the cold to your skin and muscle tissue as it absorbs your body's heat. The length of time the cold is transferred to your body is specifically calibrated for the recommended exposure to cold therapy. Dad hurt his arm when he fell and this helped him recover. Furthermore, he loves it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Freeze Sleeve works Great. It made really well. It's easy to put on and it's comfortable as well. I like that i can use as a cool/heat sleeve. It has helped easy discomfort. I would recommend for its great quality and how well it works.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freeze sleeve is a great product and has many great features. Freeze sleeve can be used hot or cold providing relief and recovery for aching muscles and joints. Freeze sleeve has 100% coverage of treatment areas. Freeze sleeve can be used on every body part. The only one downfall I have of this product is cannot get wet. I would highly recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little sleeve to add to the many things that help. You keep it in the freezer in the pouch provided. I use this after I work out for my arms or legs. I do think they need a larger size. It fits snug. Even though it fits snug I love the cold soothing feel on my muscles. I would recommend this.
Very nice cold pack. Stays cold for long periods of time. I purchased a large for my husband to use after knee surgery. He does not have large legs but the therapy sleeve is very small. Wish I had purchased a extra large. He will use it but unable to slide on his let. If ordering, order a size larger.
I'd really love to try it because it seems like a great concept. However, I cannot get past the smell. It smells like it's been soaked in rubbing alcohol. It gives me a headache and turns my stomach. I can't have this thing anywhere near me. Unfortunately, you can't get it wet so I can't clean it. Looks like I have to return this one. For those who decide to keep it, I did put it in the freezer and attempted to use it. Even if it didn't stink, I wouldn't recommend putting this against bare skin right out of the freezer.
