I got this for my daughter for Christmas. She was so excited. We followed directions exactly as stated and it didn't freeze the ice cream. She was so disappointed. We put it up and haven't gotten it back out.

Disgusting
Disgusting -It was bought as a Christmas gift with the ice cream maker. The chocolate mix was unopened and I tried to return it with the receipt and my local Walmart in Brandon, FL would not even give me a refund because it was outside of the return window. It's not an electronic item. This is a Walmart exclusive. No more gift shopping at Walmart.
