French Toast Unisex S/S Pique Polo Color: black Size: 3t

I only buy these shirts for my son. They're great quality and long lasting. Only uniform shirt I've found that doesn't shrink drastically in the dryer.

I have shopped with French Toast before I have never had a problem with them. I enjoy getting school uniforms from them.

I ordered the shirts through the mail for my nephew and grandson. I needed this color because they were the ringbearer's in my wedding. When they arrived, I was so surprised. They fit perfectly and they are so soft. The boys did not have a problem wearing them for the day

cute flower shaped buttons scalloped collars but the school logo patch seems really big also, I got this delivered really late and had to call and check on it a couple of times I've had 2 different orders and neither time did I get an email confirming my purchase

Even though I thought I ordered the same shirt as the orange one in blue this shirt came way smaller in the same size. The material was also thinner

The shirt is burgundy. I know with wear the color is expected to fade some. However, I never expected the color to fade so much on the shirt with the first wash. I was not impressed with the quality of the material especially with the price of the shirt.

you should indicate on your items that they all seem to run large - I have heard this throughout our school and this is my first order and yes - it is true - way too large - and since they are embroidered we can't return:( I can't rate this because it is too big to wear at all - so no idea if it is comfortable or durable.

If I could rate French Toast with negative stars, I would. French Toast is the most unhelpful, unwilling to help company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered my daughter 5 school shirts and shortly realized the size I had ordered was way too big. Definitely my mistake. But when I called French Toast bright and early the morning after my order was placed, they claimed there was absolutely nothing they could do to change the size of the shirts. The order wasn't made or even close to being made, because it was shipped to me over 2 weeks later. And there was nothing they could do to change it?! They claimed they have no contact with the people at the warehouse. So how do the warehouse people get their orders then? How do they know what to make? I feel like they definitely could have done something to change the size of this shirt during the 16 days before it was shipped. They were just unwilling to.

I have bought size 14/16 from other places, this was the first time buying from here. The polo is WAY to big, I uploaded a photo so you can see for yourself and you will not make the same mistake. I contacted them and they said I cannot return the Polo shirts because they were embroidered and I could sell them to a parent at the school. I will not be buying from here again.

I recently purchased a size 4-5 shirt for a school. I received the item, and asked for it to be exchanged for a different size, as it was too small. They told me they were unable to exchange the item, all sales were final, however this was not on the website prior to purchase. This makes it difficult for parents to order specialized and required shirts to exchange them for different sizes, especially if they don't let you try them on beforehand.
