We were very happy with these patties. We seasoned them with Steak %26 Chop seasoning, then baked in a square of foil on a baking pan @ 350* for 45 mins. Drained the grease last 10 mins, then finished baking. We served with a sauce I made of more ketchup than Worcestershire sauce , with 1/8 tsp. of garlic powder stirred in. So good. Served with a microwaved baked potato %26 green beans/or corn. We will purchase this item again.
Nice and Juicy Chuck Burgers, good taste with some good love seasoning 💜🤩 They are 80% lean, but they really like a 93% Recommend and will definitely buy again 😋 👀 Definitely Cheaper and way way Better, healthier then you fast food places ‼️😋🍔
Fresh ground beef 80/20 Pattie packs are great for individual or serving on price per pound. I take and rewrap individually and freeze them and later either make a quick burger or use some for adding into meals etc. it's all about price per pound and rolls you might find cheaper but I'd rather see product. Fat content is just right for use with burgers.
Fresh all-natural ground beef chuck patties are a solid choice for anyone who wants a classic, flavorful burger without unnecessary additives. These patties really stand out for their rich, beefy taste and satisfying texture, making them a reliable option for both weeknight meals and weekend cookouts. One of the biggest advantages is the quality of the meat. Being “all-natural” typically means no added hormones or artificial ingredients, and you can taste the difference. The chuck blend usually has a good fat-to-lean ratio—often around 80/20—which results in juicy, tender burgers that don't dry out on the grill or stovetop. Cooking is straightforward, and the patties hold their shape well without falling apart. When seasoned simply with salt and pepper, they develop a nice crust on the outside while staying moist inside. They pair perfectly with classic toppings like cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a toasted bun, but they're flavorful enough to stand on their own. Another plus is versatility. You can cook them on a grill, in a skillet, or even in an air fryer, and they consistently deliver good results. Just be mindful not to overcook them, as that can take away some of their natural juiciness. The only downside might be that fresh patties have a shorter shelf life compared to frozen options, so they need to be used relatively quickly or frozen for later. They can also be a bit pricier than standard ground beef, but the improved taste and quality often justify the cost. Overall, fresh all-natural ground beef chuck patties are a dependable, high-quality option for burger lovers. If you're looking for a juicy, flavorful burger experience with simple ingredients, these patties are definitely worth it.
How important is your burger? If you are in a hurry; these are fine; a decent price and ok value. They look pink but they are not fresh. They same like they were processed; liggtly flashed frozen or heavily chilled and rethawed. They just dont taste fresh. If you want something that tastes good and will impress friends and family this is not it. I bought these because I thought that they were a good value; would be fresh for the long weekend and a break from mixing my own. These were VERY DRY; like the meat was stamped so hard by a machine that the juices pressed out; resulting in burgers that were dry; or like they sat for a couple of days. They are processed off sire and trucked and don't have the same fresh taste of the pressed burger the butchers make fresh on site at other markets. They are preformed and unseasoned. The seasonings don't get inside the meat; even wi the outside seasoned they very flat and gray tasting. These result was bland; crumbly and dry even when grilled carefully. I'll buy fresh beef and make my own next time. I mix an egg, a tbs of A1/ Worcester; plus a dash of seasoned salt. So maybe that is why but I have purchased preformed burgers from the Raleys meat counter and they were not dry like this. These are kids birthday party grade.
I thinks your ground hammer are good but as a special note: I will not buy anything from your DELI because there is no way to request the thickness of meats xan especially cheese.. I have bought sliced deli cheese on occasion and whomever does the slicing does not how to do it. The sheese is lumped up like a mountain and the thickness is too thin that you cannot separate the slices without the pieces fall apart in chunks. I've told the “so called deli manager” but both times after I bought cheese I had the same problem. I GAVE UP BUYING FROM THE DELI. W member for years now.
When I went and arrived to my door the driver that was supposed to be the delivery lady was taking a picture from across the highway a passenger was getting into the car and just laid my stuff on the edge of the porch that was one of my worst deliveries I can rate I would recommend you address this to Malachi about her actions taking pictures from the vehicle on the other side of the road while she's in her car
too much grease. it IS NOT 80% lean! my burgers were LITERALLY swimming in the grease! i had to drain the pan twice will cooking. both times the patties were submerged in grease. then when they were done cooking they were more than half the size than they went in the pain as.... estimated size loss of about 65%. it was ridiculous.
this is not what i ordered was not told of the change ahead of time. I ordered the steak burgers not crap burgers tell your people to read things right and not change it on their own. I was angry to get this but had to suffer because it was my dinner that night.
Poor replacement. I am paying more money for less meat. I needed 12 patties and only got 8 and paid more money. I guess this is the only way Walmart can make money. By short changing their customers and only substituting for more money and product. This is because the management will not do their job. Poor in stock, poor follow up. As of 5 hours after my delivery, the store still has not corrected their on hands. Because all the substitutes are still able to be ordered. Walmart is horrible for customer service. The Greeneville store is the worst! Laziness and incompetence is the only way to explain.
