Great price for fresh tri color peppers pak. There is no green one which is good. i do not want a green pepper. Sometimes the whole pkg has large fresh beautiful peppers, sometimes not, or one is small. If not as fresh as I'd like, i cook in a few days, otherwise they last in veggie crisper until cooked. This tri package at my local SW Florida store for home delivery is always a great bargain. Thank you Walmart.
although it is extremely convenient, I'm finding more and more items coming very close to expiration dates... like 2 days. I've had to throw bagged salad and other produce away. and had 3 blocks of cream cheese actually explode in the boxes that i had to throw and they still had a month before expiring. I would wish the person picking the food would do it as the shopper would, staying away from close expiration dates.
Why does the picture show 3 different bell pepper colos but in actual fact it's always 2 of the same color and one other color, making it only 2 colors.. This is misleading. We buy it cause we want all 3 different colors in one, the red, orange and yellow bell pepper , not 2 reds and 1 yellow or 2 orange and 1 red etc. Please fix this issue.
First and foremost I wanted 3 color capsicum and it came two red one orange, but that is fine. But the whole packet has some kind of white fungus on it. The capsicum’s crown has white fungus. The whole bag is contaminated. Cannot eat. Very very dissatisfied lately with walmart plus.
Frequently comes with rotten peppers. Pretty much every week I’m throwing out rotten peppers because they are I not safe to eat. I’ve had to call about it. Walmart is well aware of the ongoing issues with produce being rotten and still hasn’t fixed this issue with the store.
One yellow pepper had 1 inch rotten spot, and one red pepper had two 1/4 inch rotten spots, and one yellow bell pepper had a 1/2 inch gouge. Basically the bell peppers could be used, but I had to cut out three bad spots on each bell pepper. Very annoying!
walmarts incompetent shoppers need to learn how to pick produce and walmart needs to learn to stop taking advantage of its customers and accept product of same size. I bought a 3 pk of brll peppers and two of the bell peppers are the smallest ive ever seen and the other is normal size. STOP ripping off your customers.
The peppers were not red, orange and yellow. There were two red and one yellow peppers have their own distinct taste and flavor based on the color they need to remove those peppers off the shelf and send them back. I had to go in the store and buy an orange pepper because I received two reds and one yellow in my three pack and noticed they were all like that. Look at the colors, I bought the Orange separate.
I bought it before and it was all the good regular size bell peppers and it was very a good deal. However, this time, with the pickup, I got all SMALL bell peppers like the half the size for the same price. It was totally not worth it. I bought a red pepper a week before buying this set of 3 with a pickup, and the red pepper was SOOOO small, too. I am not sure what's going on with Walmart selling small sizes of bell peppers. Not sure if they pick smaller ones for pickups and deliveries or they are all sold small.
These are the smallest bell peppers I have ever seen. Almost snack size! I would not have chosen them, but the Walmart shopper did. I don't blame him. Walmart shouldn't have all 3 tiny ones in one package.
