The fruit at the Walmart in Woodstock Georgia, has gotten so much better in the past month. I’ve ordered both on Mondays and I’ve ordered on Thursdays and the fruit has been consistently fresh. I could not say that for the past year. But now I can’t. I buy lemons, bananas, cut, watermelon, cut, cantaloupe, cut, pineapple, Cuts, mango, blueberries, and strawberries. I also purchased tomatoes and cucumbers.
These blueberries are very good, always fresh! They are so good for our health, plenty of vitamins, so I am really glad that I can reorder them weekly and be confident about my vitamin intake. They are also great for desserts as decoration. On the photo you may also see my homemade ricotta cheesecake (all groceries from Walmart!)
I have good luck in purchasing produce through the Walmart program. There are times, however, when there are "misses" in the quality...but, it doesn't happen very often. No problem! Walmart will take care of the problem by replacing it or giving a quick refund immediately.
Oh, my goodness, these blueberries are amazingly delicious! The balance of sweetness and tartness is absolute perfection. I've never tasted fruit this good from a grocery store, and I'll keep buying them as long as Walmart keeps selling them. Definitely a perfect 10.
Blueberries is very good for you. Specially, when you are working out and you're trying to get those proteins in you and also it's very good when you are pregnant and it's good for you and the baby. I love eating blueberries. This is the best blueberries ever.
When I was a small boy visiting my grandmother, the one thing that I could look forward to were the wild blueberries that bordered her large yard! They were small, like a bird's eye but held so much flavor and natural sweetness. Later on in life when hydroponics supplied grocery stores, I found the berries to be large but no flavor.... UNTIL Now, Walmart has found a source that brings huge, succulent, blueberries with the luscious, delectable flavor that I enjoyed while spending summers with Gran by the sea.
If you deliver it's aways a hit or miss. You hit it's great. Miss you get mold. If you go In store you get to pick your own pack. If you delivery you get random. When you hit its aways good. When you don't it trash and moldy. Best to go instore for “fresh produce”. But sometimes you get lucky and get a wonderful person who cares and pick out your stuff.
Typically they are very good!! Delicious even and priced great but stay away from the North Bay Produce brand that they occasionally have. These ones do not taste good and half of the blueberries still have a tiny stem on them. So not only do they taste bad they're also extra work. Any other brand I've had has been excellent tho! Well worth buying!
I was very disappointed in the taste, size and quality of the blueberries … If I may suggest, please have your produce manager identify and retrain the produce staff to taste and inspect produce before selecting and sending produce for customers who use your curbside and/or delivery service … we depend on the shoppers to give us your best products and we tip them for their time and support …
Blueberries were a big disappointment. I’ve never had this problem before, but the blueberries were all very tart. I couldn’t even swallow them. I had to spit them out. I knew that sounds crazy, but they were really tart. I had to look at or whatever you call that plastic thing, three times to make sure I didn’t get the wrong kind or whatever because they just tasted awful. They were very very sour.
