These are can be very good at times, especially for the price compared with other grocery stores. But I think the supplier is very inconsistent. Sometimes the berries are all very good, other times they are sub-par packages of berries. The last layer of berries at the bottom can sometimes be unripe, or very small in size, or dried up and shriveled! This is not Walmart's fault, it's their supplier, obviously profiting with old inventory.
The 18 oz fresh blueberries have always been great quality whenever I've ordered them through curbside pickup. They've consistently been fresh, flavorful, and in good condition without a bunch of mushy or bad berries mixed in. The associates doing the curbside shopping seem to actually pick produce carefully, which I really appreciate. These have been great for snacks, smoothies, yogurt bowls, and baking. Definitely one of the better fresh fruit purchases I keep coming back to.
i love these. i get them every week. last week i got them they had a couple of rotten ones in it. don't let the associates shop for your food. they are overworked!! i think they want to do their best job but she under a ton of pressure. when i get my own grocers the blueberries are perfect. we have to be kind to everyone
One of the problems with having produce delivered is that you can't see what you're getting until it arrives. When I first started with Walmart Delivery, I was very pleased with the quality of the fruits and vegetables sent to me. But for the last several months I have received poor quality items plus some that were okay if they were eaten within a day or two. I have thrown out more items than I have actually consumed. Not sure I will continue ordering produce from Walmart.
We kindly request that you apply the same high standards when selecting our fruits, vegetables, and meats, as you would for your own personal choices. These blueberries were MUSHY AND DIDN'T HAVE THE SAME VIBRANCY AS LAST WEEKS BATCH I GOT!! Your careful consideration in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I gave a 2 🌟 because the shopper/deliverer was nice BUT UNAWARE of MY standards...
I was very disappointed with your blueberries AND strawberries. Is it hard for you to keep fresh produce? The blueberries were dried up or rotten and the strawberries were molding the very next day?? I usually pick up in the back of the store which leads me to believe the employees get your order off the shelf, put it on t to he back, n don't know how long it has sat there!! Disgusting!! I think so should go to United for my produce! They care!!!
My orders today have been very stressful. My 2nd try to get and express order. Driver went in circles looking for my address. I have placed orders every week for 2 years, and they fortunately arrived as scheduled but today was an emergency for a large group and this is when a problem occurs . Thanks for all the good times , but today I've been desperate, and I'm having to reorder and reorder and pay express, and still waiting since 8:00 am
Unfortunately these were delivered today and are way over ripe and taste really bad. They kind of feel like mush in your mouth. The quality of the blueberries that have been delivered have really gone up for the last couple months until today…hopefully this won’t keep happening. I definitely appreciate customer service for making it easy to address, but still, now I have no blueberries:/
Blueberries were moldy. I'm new to this app and properly using it. So I thru away these and artichokes I got and they had some kind of worm in them. So I can't show you a picture. But promise to do reviews from now on so to be able to take pic next time
Multiple issues with last order. Store was awesome to deal with and was very helpful (Jamie, Christina and Kurt). Customer service from corporate was not good at all. Delivery driver was very unprofessional and cussing. Ended up spending hours and multiple phone calls dealing with this order. Never will do delivery again.
