they're fresh they are crisp and very convenient since they are already cut up I like to throw them in the oven on a sheet pan and bake them or to even cook them with some butter in a saucepan on the stove depending on when you buy them they can either be a little expensive but it's definitely worth the money

I am a stickler for my fresh veggies for snacks not from the quick sale from the freezer. I thaw them out incmy double wide before dinner. My in home delver person brought these . usually they are fresh and perfect with crispness not so much this time around.
