This was a home delivery as I was short on time. The driver was amazing, friendly. Everything was packed nicely, nothing broken, also I placed the order for 10-12 delivery and received it at 10:02. The pumpkin is what also impressed me, it is almost perfect, no dings, perfect stem, very heavy so hopefully full of seeds for roasting, I don't think I could have found a better one.
When ordering this online, I didn't think it would be quite so big, but I'm pleasantly surprised! The color is beautiful. I'm hoping this will keep well until closer to Halloween.
This is the second or third year I went with Walmart for pumpkins to carve. This year 7 pumpkins and all were good size and quality at the most affordable price I could find. About $1 less than other stores, but just as good. They are not small or weird or anything you might think.
We were kind of worried at 1st. Ordering online and not picking it out ourselves. But the attached photos I've added of our beautiful granddaughter holding her pumpkin, and my husband aka PooPaw playing silly with the big ol pumpkin lol.. You can see Walmarts pickers did a great job. Delivered PoohNanna %26 PooPaw a perfect pumpkin to carve With Granddaughter.
My squirells love it!. I dont carve them up for Halloween. I take some of the guts and seeds out. And put it out for the wildlife. Then take the guts, puree some of them and make my own doggie Ice cream. The seeds I roast and eat them as a healthy snack alternative. The size was perfect size for my needs.
These pumpkins were fantastic for carving this Halloween! The flesh was firm, the shapes were perfect, and they held up beautifully while I worked on my designs. The only minor drawback was that the stems were a bit short, which made handling slightly tricky. Still, overall, excellent quality pumpkins that made my jack-o'-lanterns look amazing!
I purchased five pumpkins for my five children by store delivery. Only two looked somewhat ok. It seems they save the most undesirable/ugly/misshapen/dirty/deformed pumpkins for delivery orders. Three of the five didn't have any stems at all and all five were misshapen. Delivery orders cost the same as in store. It would be nice if shoppers chose things as if they were shopping for themselves. No one would pick out the pumpkins I received for their own children.
Placed an online delivery order and got tiny pie pumpkins instead of carving pumpkins. Lame. Make sure to stress to whatever careless person is shopping for you that you want to live a normal life carving a Halloween pumpkin that is normal sized, not get out a magnifying glass and play jack-o-lantern bonsai.
I requested a refund and yall want me to return the items but I am not able to return them at the moment and this is beyond disgusting, the whole order was basically messed up whole order damage things have mold on it which is definitely a health issue, The things that I really needed for my child, School did not get delivered
I bought $70 worth of pumpkins when they first showed up in the store and its clear that these are pumpkins from last year's harvest since all are rotting all stems are brown and wilted on all of them and have thrown out the ones that has went liquid soft just 1 month after purchasing. I know fresh pumpkins last for several months well into the beginning of the next summer so the fact that they are rotting 1 month later says they are old harvest. Of course there's an error trying to post a picture 😒
