I love collard greens. I am addressing this to Walmart and the pilot program they are using! When using this program, PLEASE,if the individual does not know what collard greens are, or they do not they are not wilted, please do not use them for the program. They have shopped for me numerous times. Each time they have done so when ordering greens, especially collards, they are wilted, and or the wrong type!
I was totally surprised. Only because the previous orders of Mustard Green and Turnip greens were so pathetically sparse. If I had put the turnips with the mustards together, they still wouldn't have made one decent bunch of greens. So I ordered 2bunches of Collard Greens. And I ended up with way more than I needed! One bunch would have been enough. I guess I should have demamded a refund on the other 2 greens. Now I'm wondering if I ordered mustard or turnip greens again, would I get a nice normal bunch or another pathetic marked down-looking bunch... Or if I only buy one bunch of collards next time will they be as good as this order...?
This bunch of collards was huge with big leaves, fresh, and tender not tough. I have never seen this size before except at farmer's markets. At least 18-20 inches from stem to tip, 15-20 stems. Extremely pleased. They cooked up as delicious as I thought they would be. One big bunch for $1.99. Best deal ever! Too bad I didn't think to get a picture.
I was skeptical about the price and the quantity. $1.77 for a bunch. I ordered 6 bunches for $10 and some change. And I was shocked at the quality. Speechless.
from Durango CO Walmart, these are the best, freshest produce ever, very high quality collards, i grow them and never had a yield as proper as these thank you to the associate that picked these for my home delivery
This product isn’t real. It’s plastic and I would like a refund. They didn’t feel right as I was cleaning them, so I decided to burn the tip of one and it wouldn’t even burn, it wasnt hot when I touched it and it smelled like plastic. Walmart should be ashamed for selling this stuff. I will no longer shop with you
STOP LETTING TEENAGERS SHOP! There is NO WAY someone who buys groceries or cooks would ever pick wilted greens AND bag them with over small produce bag that barely covered the stalks! What a joke! Walmart keeps raising prices yet the quality AND care keep declining!
I LOVE collard greens, so I always order the HUGE BAG of them. There were PLENTY HUGE BAGS of collars when I placed my order online. HOWEVER, by the time Walmart's pickers got around to picking MY order all they had left was 3 collard green leafs. That's not enough for one person for one meal!!! I was and still am ,,, VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!! The collard greens they sell are always fresh and delicious though!
I ordered eight bundles !! bundles of collard greens and got leaves. I know it's not almost 8 dollars for eight single leaves of collard greens so could you please refund my money cause this is ridiculous. I had to go to the store and purchase them over but that's ridiculous. Seven dollars and something for you charge me for each leaf they're supposed to be bundles.
These collards were delivered approximately 2 pm today. You be the judge. I think Walmart must do better training Associate Shoppers. The Shopper placed these collards in my cart for delivery today.
