Fresh Cucumber, Each

We are pleased with the convenience of your delivery. We are, however, questioning the tip charge. WE UNDERSTOOD, the first 30 days there wasn't any tip charge. I DO want to apologize for the misunderstanding on our last delivery. We were surprised to find our order in the garage entrance. A friend stopped by and left through the garage, leaving the door up. we don't use that door. So , I do apologize for writing about our order not being delivered. Our mail lady told us there were things at our garage door. . Please note all future one's be put on the front porch. Thank you for your service. Bruce and Phyllis.

The cucumbers are great! I buy these along with romaine lettuce to feed my tortoise friend. The Walmart shoppers often only get the produce on display. I buy 7 heads of romaine a week. When I shop in person at the local store I always have to ask an associate to look for more in the back. There is almost always more lettuce in the back. The local store has a small amount of display space, so it makes sense to look for more. Maybe someone could suggest that shoppers try looking before telling customers products are unavailable. Received had soft spots on it. Threw it away. Have your delivery drivers look closely at what they choose. Waste of money to shop there. I just had celery go bad. Bought it Saturday and it expires tomorrow. Do better or instacart will get all of my deliveries

Walmart needs to up their game with produce. every time I pick up my grocery order the produce is yuck! soft, over ripe, cucumbers. wilted and half dead green salad onions. broccoli that's got this slimy patches on the outside, even though it's green outside and yellow inside. not worth the money.

Very disappointed. Had my order delivered and You would think since it’s August the Cukes should be a good size and good condition….wrong!!! One of the 3 had to have been frozen previously cuz that causes cucumbers to be a rubbery consistently. I’ve noticed that the quality of Walmart groceries have been going really down hill. I will still buy household product but I prefer better quality food so I will go back to getting groceries from Pick n Save(Kroger) or Festival foods in my area.

Severely damaged and for a refund you expect me to return this item to a store that I originally requested it delivered from. If I could drive there I wouldn’t have delivery. I don’t have a local super Walmart. Terrible shape of product and terrible customer service resolution you offered.

It is a great thing to be able to have my groceries delivered to the house. However since I have been doing it I don’t think there’s been one time that they haven’t messed up. They need to start looking at the item, especially if they come in different flavors or sizes.

I've never had a problem with their cucumbers before, but out of the 4 I had delivered THREE were inedible! They were so bitter that even peeling didn't help. They were bitter all the way down to the seeds. No wonder they've been offered on sale this week ... June 2025

You have old produce. I've received the wrong product on a few occasions. The shoppers dont care, they just want to get the job done. Also, you should give the shopper, me, the option of geen bananas or not. Simple changes go a long way with homebound shoppers like myself.

i had been ordering cucumbers the last couple weeks. i love a tomato, cucumber, spinach salad . however this order they were terrible. eveyone of them i ordered 4 they sent 8. not a good one in the bunch. need a new produce seller. money is too tight to waste. my budget is very limited. i would not suggest taking a chance on the produce here. i am very ,very disappointed.
