I love these cucumbers because you can’t eat them with many different things or ways. These are big so you can eat half and eat the other half later. My favorite way to eat them is with chili powder and lime.
I wasn’t expecting my life to be transformed by a humble cucumber... but here we are. The moment I sliced into this beauty from Walmart, I was greeted by that crisp snap that promises nothing short of garden-fresh perfection. The aroma? Clean, cool, and invigorating — like a dewy morning in the middle of July. The flavor? Sublime. Each bite was a juicy burst of refreshing goodness, with just the right balance of sweetness and earthiness. It turned a simple salad into a gourmet experience. It elevated my water with a spa-like flair. I even found myself munching on slices straight from the fridge because — quite frankly — they are irresistible. In a world of bland produce and disappointing veggies, this cucumber is a shining green beacon of hope. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor: run — don’t walk — to your nearest Walmart and grab a few before the rest of us cucumber converts buy them all. Trust me: one bite, and you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.
It’s long, it’s green. Goes great in a salad. Slices on your eyes to relieve puffiness. Great snack with chile and lime juice. Dunked in ranch. With tomatoes and sliced onion doused in seasoned vinegar. Very low in calories, I just love these things!!
I am pleased with Walmart and the free delivery services. I am disabled and the delivery service is awesome for people like myself with mobility issues. I also love that I can shop from the comfort of my home without having to depend on anyone to shop for me.
Both my husband and I have health issues right now and the convenience of someone delivering what we need was amazing!! It has been such a struggle to shop when neither of us can carry the bags of groceries if they are heavy. The young man was so kind to bring our groceries in for us as both of us would have had to make several trips just to get the groceries from the front door to the counter.
Let me begin by saying I have never in my life been so confronted—so spiritually rattled—by a vegetable. This lone cucumber arrived with all the arrogant confidence of a Roman emperor entering a salad bar. Glossy, green, smug. The audacity. Upon first inspection, it looked like every other cucumber I’ve met (and I’ve met several). But do not be fooled. This was not a vegetable. This was an experience. I sliced into it with the reverence one reserves for opening a legal document or disarming a bomb. The crunch? Deafening. I’m fairly certain dogs in the next county sat up in alarm. The interior looked like it had been grown in the private spa suite of a celebrity avocado. Taste-wise, it was… aggressively cucumber. Not refreshing. Not crisp. No. It tasted like someone whispered “water” to a zucchini and then dared it to develop a personality. I was overwhelmed by how underwhelming it was. It didn’t “pair with hummus” so much as sit near it and judge me. And don’t even get me started on the seeds. Each one stared up at me like it was filing a complaint with HR. To make matters worse, halfway through eating it (to assert dominance), I realized this cucumber had the gall to leave me feeling hydrated. As if I ASKED to be moisturized from the inside out. Sir, I drink my hydration like an adult—from coffee and bad decisions. Would I buy it again? Well, I didn’t even mean to buy it the first time. It leapt into my cart like it was selected for a prophecy. If you’re looking for a vegetable that: • Has the texture of wet optimism, • Tastes like anxiety diluted in ice water, • And stares into your soul with crunchy contempt… Then by all means, invite this emerald menace into your life. But as for me? I’ll be in the corner, recovering, and reconsidering every choice that led to that first bite.
Very disappointed. Had my order delivered and You would think since it’s August the Cukes should be a good size and good condition….wrong!!! One of the 3 had to have been frozen previously cuz that causes cucumbers to be a rubbery consistently. I’ve noticed that the quality of Walmart groceries have been going really down hill. I will still buy household product but I prefer better quality food so I will go back to getting groceries from Pick n Save(Kroger) or Festival foods in my area.
I've never had a problem with their cucumbers before, but out of the 4 I had delivered THREE were inedible! They were so bitter that even peeling didn't help. They were bitter all the way down to the seeds. No wonder they've been offered on sale this week ... June 2025
i had been ordering cucumbers the last couple weeks. i love a tomato, cucumber, spinach salad . however this order they were terrible. eveyone of them i ordered 4 they sent 8. not a good one in the bunch. need a new produce seller. money is too tight to waste. my budget is very limited. i would not suggest taking a chance on the produce here. i am very ,very disappointed.
You have old produce. I've received the wrong product on a few occasions. The shoppers dont care, they just want to get the job done. Also, you should give the shopper, me, the option of geen bananas or not. Simple changes go a long way with homebound shoppers like myself.
