flowers are always beautiful and speak of the beauty of nature and all that blesses our life. However when the flowers are tiny sometimes shriveled less than what we expect and brings a subtle sadness /dissatisfaction and so I'm asking that there be more effort to bring better bouquets that people take the time to buy. I do remember when flowers were $2.33-$2.50 now they've gone up to $4.44 the price difference should cover quality and as a result flower presentation. My flowers are not just for beauty but for prayer and so what I offer should be the best and because I'm dependent to have others choose for me at this present time I have to hope for quality and unfortunately many times this doesn't happen. it is best that those selecting our purchases remember that we are dependent on their choices and that we do our best in the circumstances. When I was stronger I did do this and so I can expect it also.
The problem with the bouquet is that 2 flowers were broken and hanging from the stem. This was the fault of the shopper because she either didn't look carefully or allowed them to be broken during transport. Not many flowers were in the bunch to begin with. I've never had such a sorry bouquet from Walmart before.
The flowers are not at all good as the stems keep falling down and feel very weak. The petals look dull and some are already falling off, making them appear far from fresh. The overall arrangement doesn't look neat or presentable, and it seems like they weren't handled with proper care. This is disappointing as the quality does not match what I expected when placing the order.
This item is hit or miss. Most times they come and they're very pretty. The last two times I've gotten them they're literally dead. I think those were the two times that I did expedited delivery and had a personal shopper. Seems like the Walmart people pick out flowers that aren't actually dead. Waste of $4.97
The flowers delivered in damage! Very disappointed in Customer Service from Walmart, I paid Walmart to get the delivery service but now they will not refund until I return the flowers to a store. What is the point of Walmart ??????? I'M LEAVING WALMART!
They were not the colors in the picture..They were half dead and small..I have taken a chance before and bought flowers without seeing them and they were fine..Apparently not this time..I also purchased a tablecloth to match but now the whole color scheme is off
Do NOT waste your money!!!! I am a disabled senior citizen that on occasion will order myself a little bit of flowers to cheer me up. Literally six stems, some broken in half, little teeny carnation buds on top. Not what I ordered and I am so disgusted with the shopper. When I called to tell Walmart that I wanted a refund, they told me I had to go return the item. Hello I don't drive that's why I have a membership and I have delivery service. Shame on you Walmart!
So I ordered as a delivery yesterday with plans of making bud vases for family members for Easter. I don't know if my shopper even took time to look at arrows but out of the 3 bouquets I got, I was able to salvage about half of the entire order! They were in horrible condition! Dead, dying or broken! One bouquet only had 5 stems! Complete waste of money! So I ended up getting new flowers from Sam's Club that are just gorgeous! Lesson learned!
I ordered these for curbside pick up. One of the flowers was molded! Gross! And of course there's no refund option available. I will NEVER do curbside again for flowers! I mean, what was the shopper thinking? Answer: they weren't, they didn't even look at them.
I got half of my order. The second half was in such bad shape. Broken stems and/or flowers broken off the stem, or flowers already dead. I use to buy mini carnations all the time. I have to find another place to buy flowers now. They were horrible. The photo shows what I was able to keep
