I have purchased Fuji apples several times and each time I am impressed with how juicy and sweet they are! This bag was no different. In fact, if you buy these, grab an extra napkin so you can catch the juice running down your chin with each bite! There's enough crispness to satisfy ! These are not tiny little nibbles either. Big juicy, flavorful as in sweet and crisp! What more could you want in an apple.
there was 1 rotten apple in the bag, you could see plainly without even opening the bag. If I had left it in there, all the apples would have rotted. whiever picked these out were not very careful at all.
These apples are beautiful to look at and very tasty…..just what is expected from a good Fuji. However, they were so cute and tiny, with 11 in a three pound bag. Most three pound bags of mature apples contain about 7. That’s why the overall rating is four instead of five.
My only issue was several in the bag were bruised. This type of apples however are very good both flavorful and juicy. In the future though I'll try to make sure to go in store to purchase them. Unfortunately it seems like when I order fruits %26 vegetables for delivery the shoppers don't bother checking the quality.
There have been too many times that my orders have been delivered without the complete amount of items that I have ordered. I understand that things sometimes are not there, but it seems to be a situation where there’s always five or six or seven items. Then I order other things and they either Get lost or the delivery man puts them somewhere out of my access. I’d like to keep going with Walmart, but you have to step up your game and delivery and making sure that the items that are shown our items that can be actually delivered when ordered.
These were hit or miss. Some of them were really good. Nice crunch, sweet, exactly what you want from a Fuji apple. Others were a little softer than I expected right away, which was kind of disappointing. Not terrible, just not super consistent. We still ate them, but I found myself checking each one a little closer before grabbing it. I might try them again, just hoping for a better batch next time.
The one good thing I can say is that they were not rotten. These apples are not very sweet, nor are they tart. I'd call them somewhere between watery and tasteless. They are also not very crisp. If you are sensitive to flavor, this is the right apple for you.
This is the third bag where well over half of the apples have started going bad from the inside. I thought it was a fluke because the first two bags were purchased at the same time, But this was likely from another shipment and same issue. All I can do with these is feed the wildlife, not the goal. 15.00 wasted
These apples have zero flavor, no crunch, no juice. They are flavor and as void of any enjoyment at all. I do not know who is growing these but KState has an amazing agronomy program that will teach farming and how to produce something that gives at the least both nutrients and taste. These apple do not do either of those. They are flavorless, crunchless, gross, and basic. These apples are for social media influencers. Like nuggets from the clown, these are super basic and only for the super basic.
as a rule, I've been lucky up until this time to get a good bag of these apples where there isnt bruising or rot. usually very yymmy snack. this time approx 4 apples were totally rotten and the rest were covered in a sticky residue. threw them all away but did take some pics if needed.
