Garlic is the most important festival for me and I eat it roll to make me lose weight. This is very good for losing weight. I make sure I buy this all the time. It’s very tasty. You can make garlic bread with this garlic and it’s incredible. Very good garlic! Very fresh and kept a long time in the fridge. Delicious flavor and nice large cloves.
I love garlic, so I have lunch how cute roasted in the oven with olive oil. I've also found that pasta olive oil works good on them and I'm a little bit of salt to me. They are good to roast. They are good to cut up and put in any food that you have I would recommend them highly recommend them to be used in all foods because they are a healthy food!!
This garlic in the sleeve was incredibly fresh. I used to have a hard time eating garlic until I started roasting it. Roasting makes the flavor softer, deeper, and slightly sweet, and now I use it often. It adds richness to almost any dish — soups, vegetables, sauces, or even spread on bread. To roast garlic, cut off the top of the bulb, place it on a sheet pan, and drizzle with olive oil. Roast until soft, then let it cool. You can pick out the cloves with a fork and squeeze out the rest. The flavor is mild and delicious, not sharp like raw garlic. Fresh garlic like this makes a big difference, and I will buy it again.
my last order I bought the large bag of garlic and reviewed it with one star because of sprouted garlic. today I thought I would get the little sleeve of three garlics to replace the garlic from before. And lo and behold it too is sprouting. I'm not sure what is happening but it does need to change when we buy garlic it should be fresh not getting past due
I’ve been having a lot of problems with the quality of Walmart’s items. I used the delivery with this order. The person that picked this item did not check for the quality. The garlic was old and off color. There should be better quality control for pick up and delivery.
all 3 were black and moldy. like as if the person shopping couldnt see they werent edible. all fresh items i order from Walmart come rotten. green beans, little oranges, tomatoes. my 5lbs of potatoes was also black mold. o swear walmart tells them to pick the worst stuff because we arnt going to return a few dollars because its more time then anything. win won for walmart they get to sell the rotten product and get paid. do better Walmart.
Only three small bulbs, with cloves so tiny that once they are peeled, there's so little usable garlic that trying to use them in a recipe simply is not worth the effort. I'll buy individual bulbs next time, or else I'll buy pre-peeled cloves, use what I need, then place leftover cloves in an airtight container and frozen. Yes, frozen garlic cloves keep for a long while and work well in recipes.
This garlic is “usually” good, but the Walmart Associate shopper picked out one that was old, dried, and broken-up to put in my pick-up order rather than pull them off the shelf.
Not sure y but having produce picked and delivered is a horrible idea. Being disabled and hard to get around I put trust in companies that could careless about customers. My produce is always wilted overripe and mushy. Garlic was dried out or very bad bug eating I jus know cloves on them were black and dried out
walmart needs to offer a better quality of garlic. these cloves are so small they are not worth the time to use. I know there is garlic bigger and better quality. your choices for garlic are terrible compared to other stores. I live in fort scott ks and I feel like we are not being given choices for a lot of items.
