These are not like potato chips at all as the first review said. Only 3g fat, no cholesterol, 25 mg sodium, 3 carbs and 0 sugars. Great on salads. Love the balsamic flavor.

Excellent salad topper
I love these crispy beet shoestrings. They are perfect on salads or even eaten along with a sandwich in put into a veggie sandwich..if you love beets I'm sure you will love these.

Disappointed
When I ordered this product (which is actually delicious) it told me I was purchasing a double pack....I received ONE 3.5 oz bag....for OVER 11 DOLLARS....ONE >.< So, today I searched product again and it now says a single bag. I do NOT understand how you are getting away with this. Unfortunately, since I do love the quality and taste of your product, I will no longer be buying anything from this company! Talk about a rip off...they are good, but NOT 3 dollars an OUNCE good! Buyers, be alert and take pictures of your order when you place it.
